Magnificent Mile Tow Service
Need your vehicle towed near the Magnificent Mile? Call Rick’s at (312) 451-5785 with the actual parking location and destination. We confirm wheel-lift compatibility, access and availability before arranging the pickup.
Hotel entrances, loading areas and garage access
Use the entrance that reaches the vehicle, not just the hotel or business name. Explain whether the car is on the street, in a loading area or inside a parking garage. For a garage, provide the lowest posted clearance, level, ramp turns and any gate instructions.
Tell us what is keeping the car from moving
A dead battery, locked wheel and damaged suspension need different handling. Give the vehicle’s year, model and drivetrain and tell us whether it rolls and steers. Rick’s can tow damaged-suspension vehicles with the appropriate setup confirmed; flatbed towing is not offered.
Choosing the drop-off before dispatch
Have the repair shop, dealership or other authorized destination’s full address ready. Confirm whether the business can receive the vehicle and ask for any key-drop instructions. Give both addresses when requesting the total quote.
What to expect from the call
Rick’s is open 24/7. We discuss the condition, access, suitable equipment, availability and arrival estimate. Hotel or parking staff may need to authorize access. Rick’s is an independent towing business and is not affiliated with a hotel, retailer or parking operator.
