When you call, provide your vehicle type, exact location, tire condition, and whether you have an inflated spare tire and wheel-lock key. When the vehicle is safely positioned and the spare is compatible, we can remove the damaged tire and install the spare.
If the vehicle has no usable spare, a damaged wheel, or another condition that prevents a safe tire change, wheel-lift towing may be arranged to an accessible tire shop, your home, or another destination you select. Rick’s uses wheel-lift equipment and does not provide flatbed towing.

If a safe tire change is not possible because of a damaged wheel, sidewall damage, seized lug nuts, or an unusable spare, wheel-lift towing may be arranged to an accessible tire shop, your home, or another destination you select. Towing depends on vehicle, equipment, and access compatibility.
